This tutorial site has much, much more than your usual site. It also acts as a gernal portfoli site for a nice artist and his collective work. Mostly taylored toward soft image modeling and post production work, but good learning is good learning and should not take a genius to convert some of these lessons to A centerfold world.

Face Tutorial
In lightwave, but the process is the same in all programs. expect to spend some time to get this one down, of all the processes I've seen though, this I must say is the most econimical and solid. If you're into trying this type of thing I highly recomend giving this menthod a try.

Eye Tutorial
A great tutorial on how to make a fantastic looking procedural for an eye. Not really valid in poser (as far as I know) but a great overview of how to get a pixar quality iris in about any other program.

Particle Hair
This tutorial used some high end software to create particle generated hair. The time it takes to render this method is far too consuming to use in partical animation, but the look for stills is unbeaten. As always the principles are the same for all programs which offer particle hair generation.
